I think India dont have a treaty with Argentina for the exchange of criminals, as most of the Indian criminal rush to Argentina when ever they find there is a problem or they fell unsafe from Indian Police or CBI , so India has to made strong relations with those countries so that they can bring the criminals back to India.

No use of bringing the criminals to India it is just simple a investment fot the politicians , as if any criminal come to India he will simple offer bndle of Rs. to any politician and then there is nop chance to give the punishment to any type of criminal. Most of the criminals are ruling our CBI so how can we get the justice......tell me???
