Water Logged !!!!!!

It is just the begining of the Monsoon in this part of the Country and with the first rain of the season there was a situation like flood in Kolkata, Water was logged on the road and in colonies but will happen when the monsoon will be on Peak. It is simply telling about the KMC arrangement for the monsoon season which are verry poor.

There is nothing new in this , it is very common in India , last year we heard about BMC when the water logged in Mumbai was almost become a sea and a big loss of the public property and resources, But govt can not understand it they dont want to spend money for the resources but can lost in this type of dissasters. Let's wait if INDER DEVATA JI become happy on the Delhi as well and open the holes of DMC ...........LOL
